Rolling Process
Headquarter
ESS has more than 400 employees in total. (including HQ, Yongkang Plant and Guantian Plant.) The head quarter is located in Yongkang District, Tainan City with 50 ton electric arc furnace, continuous casting equipment, rolling facility, 50 ton reheating furnace (including heating furnace and intermediate frequency furnace), 19 rolling machines, 77-meter cooling bed and automatic packaging machine. The main products: steel billets and reinforcing bars.

Yongkang Plant
The Yongkang plant is located in Yongkang Industrial Zone, Tainan City with an universal rolling facility, 50 ton reheating furnace, 18 rolling machines, 60-meter cooling bed and an automatic palletizing and packaging machine. The main products: steel section bars (angle bars / flat bars / round bars) and reinforcing bars.

Guantian Plant
The Guantian plant is located in Guantian District, Tainan City. By strategic alliance with Quintain Steel in 2020, E-Sheng Steel gets new force in steel business. Guantian plant is equipped with billet grinding machines and rolling machines. The main products: reinforcing bar in coil and wire rod.
